Extasica testing and modifications

+ Thanks to the wider and flatter blades, the pressure on the tissue to be stretched is distributed over a larger area and the insertion does not hurt in the vagina or anus, unlike other gynaecological mirrors or stretching forceps.

+ Gentle, gradual stretching has a charm for both observer and examinee. Stretch lock and also the "V" shape of the stretch prevents falling out or being pushed out - one can investigate or engage in other activities undisturbed.

+ Good rounding not only of the inner but also of the outer edges, which are also partially enveloped by the extruded mucosa. We check the quality of grinding of each piece in the Czech Republic.

+ In gynaecological surgeries, thinner mirrors with a mechanism for quick opening, metal or plastic, are used. The Collin speculum has thicker blades than the quick-turning mirrors, which do not press into the mucosa as much. So it hurts less.

Instructions

The stretching and loosening of the anal mirror is done with an inserted screw. When pulling out the gynelogical mirror, never loosen it completely to avoid pinching the mucous membrane (i.e. pull it slightly open). Only as much as the examinee allows can be pulled out. The angle of expansion from full grip to insertion is limited only by the length of the removable key and the physical limitations of the subject.

Tip

The Collin Vaginal Mirror can be used to beautifully stretch the vagina or anus and then fuck or urinate into them with the mirror inserted.
