Instructions
Enjoy the gel. Insert the silicone tubing carefully into the urethra, up past the internal sphincter and squeeze the balloon to inflate as far as the bladder will allow. Care should be taken by the person having the aid inserted to have very good control over the inflation so that it is stopped once the bladder is inflated to the point that the pressure becomes painful. This can be after just one or two squeezes of the balloon. Extreme caution is needed if combining the aid with a restraint device. Do not use a piston squeeze to release. You would strain the urine into the inflator, but rather pull the tubing out of the urethra. After possible anal use, it can no longer be used in the urethra, even after washing.
