Inflation, filling of penis, scrotum, labia, breasts with saline solution

Basic filling tools
a needle, a syringe (ideally 50-60 ml - the largest that does not need reduction to small needles), and saline for internal use (intravenous, infusion), ethanol - alcohol from the pharmacy for disinfection, and possibly a patch for the wound after the needle. The tools can be bought in the pharmacy or in eshops. Intravenous the solution is in some countries only on prescription. The saline solution can also be prepared at home with sterile (predominantly) pure water 99.1% and 0.9% NaCl (salt).
Ideally also a tubing connecting the needle and syringe or an infusion set - a bag with solution, a long tubing with a cap and a cut patch to secure the cannula (needle) against falling out. See photos at the end.
We always recommend a thin needle max 0.3 mm. The infusion set with a thin needle fills 100ml in 5-7 minutes. This is a comfortable pace for inflating the penis. The syringe can handle a faster pace, but there is no rush. If you fill an intimate body part really extremely, the saline will run out of the wound after the large needle for an unnecessarily long time.
General about hygiene and engorgement of penis, testicles, breasts, vagina lips
Inflating the scrotum, penis, vaginal lips or breasts with saline does not hurt during the inflation or afterwards (except for the needle prick). The inflated part of the body becomes larger, more watery and less heated. It will feel cooler to the touch than usual. Recommended hygiene practice is to wash the injection site and rub it with ethanol, both before and after the inflation. After removing even a thin cannula, the solution leaks out in droplets for a few minutes before the wound heals. Infusion is not suitable for people with reduced healing capacity, e.g. diabetics, and probably not for people with poorer blood clotting.
Cut and have a patch handy to prevent the needle from falling out before handling other instruments. The patch securing the needle to the body doesn't hold much, especially if you are moving. It takes some skill to keep the cannula (needle) from puncturing the skin on the other side (coming out of the body). Also, as the scrotum or penis fills up, the injection site moves down from the cannula (secured with a patch) and the needle tends to fall out. The needle needs to be re-taped. First, in a quiet, motionless position, completely fill the intimate part of the body with saline solution and then, if necessary, engage in sex or other activities.
In our case, the filling of the testicular scrotum did not go well the first time. The tester's needle fell out a couple of times. He had a lot of scrotal punctures and bleeding wounds. At one point, the scrotal inflation solution even oozed out of the scrotum through the earlier puncture like a colander :). The second time was with a single puncture infusion set.
Keep saline filling instruments in a sterile environment before use and discard after use. There is a risk of infection with repeated use. However, the needle can be sterilised by boiling and other items can be reused at your own risk with good hygiene.
Injection and pain, Careful not to inject air into the blood vessels!
Always make sure there is no air in the injection or tubing before injecting! Spray the water as in the doctor's film so that there is no air in the hose and syringe. A little air under the skin shouldn't be a major problem. If you inject air into a blood vessel (vein or artery), it can kill you!
Scrotum - a little pain of puncture as with the skin. Penis - skin small pain. Penis - the inner spongy tissue is quite close to the surface, it is quite hard and pricking it hurts. It is recommended to only prick the penis under the skin not into the spongy tissue. We have tried pricking the testicle (not filling it). With a small needle it almost doesn't hurt, but we recommend avoiding sensitive areas like testicles, urethra, or mammary glands.
Methods of filling
a) infusion set (+needle, possibly syringe with additional cannula for refilling)
The best solution and quite inexpensive is an infusion set. Break the tap-shaped cover off the solution container and force the pointed end of the tubing in. Screw a needle (cannula) onto the other end of the tubing. Hang the infusion bag over the filling point to create sufficient hydrostatic pressure.
Let the solution run up the needle so you don't let air in. Then close the inlet with the scroll wheel. Prick the tissue, secure the cannula with a patch and release the inflow in the infusion set. The infusion bag can be refilled by injecting the solution through the other mouth of the bag (with a sponge-like stopper). The solution flasks on the left (photos at the end of the article) can be hung and skewered similarly to the infusion bag.
(b) filling the body by simple injection
We do not recommend inflating the vagina, penis, scrotum or breasts with a simple injection. After each emptying of the syringe, a new injection should be made and the solution should be skimmed off so that no air remains in the syringe.
c) injection with connecting tubing (2 additional cannulas for filling the solution)
The solution is aspirated normally with a syringe and needle. The solution is opened and, or without opening, pricked through the corked cap along with another needle to supply air for the dwindling fluid.
After filling the syringe, remove the needle for filling. You screw the connecting tube onto the syringe, with the needle at the other end for puncturing the tissue.
After that, the syringe and tubing are deprived of air by aspiration, the needle is inserted into the tissue and secured with a plaster. To refill the syringe, you unscrew it from the connecting tubing and attach it to the needle for filling the syringe (leaving the needle in the tissue with the connecting tubing). After drawing the solution into the syringe, always skim so that no air remains.
If the needle is thin, filling is slow and the syringe needs to be pushed hard during injection. However, we recommend a thin needle here as well. It is gentler for the wound and the filling speed.
Inflation of the scrotum
At 300 ml, our scrotum, which we would describe as average size, was still soft and malleable. We conclude that 600 ml should not be a problem for the scrotum. When we filled 300ml into the scrotum in the evening, 60-70% of the solution was absorbed by the next morning, and the rest by the next morning.
Scrotal engorgement had little sexual effect on our tester. It's more fun and something new that a man can get once in a long while. It's slightly stimulating to see the scrotum flopping like an udder and bumping against the partner's private parts during sex. The greater potential for arousal is more for the partner who may find your new temporary appearance perversely interesting.
Penis engorgement
Less than 200 ml could fit into a penis with a maximum length of 19 cm, and the skin was quite tight (see photo). I don't think it could have been much more. The penis expanded from 35mm to 50mm, after settling down to 45mm. The sensations are not very significant. During sex, folds of skin develop on the penis. When stretched through the mouth of the vagina, they spill interestingly into and out of the vagina.
Infuse the penis only under the skin, not into the tissue. Not underneath, so you don't hit the urethra. Ideally, from the top center. At first, lumps and irregularities may form, but later the fluid will regularly spill itself under the skin (see photo at the end chronologically after a few minutes). This can be helped by gentle massage after the cannula is removed. The first pictures: irregular shape, symmetrical filling after gentle massage (picture 5), and finally the faldic shape of the penis after coitus, when the vagina pushes the solution into the abdomen and testicles and forms phalli on the penis. The movement of the solution from the penis further into the body can be restricted by an erection ring.

Is it safe for health?
There are definitely hygiene risks (infections). The open tissue after the injection may then be more susceptible to STD transmission during intercourse. The risk of mistaking the solution for another substance or at the wrong concentration. Risks for people with poorer healing ability. Risk of puncturing air into blood vessels (possibility of death). And probably lots of other risks that only a doctor would describe. But if you do everything properly and without pain, the body doesn't mind once in a while.
How long does it take for the solution to be absorbed?
Most in the first 10 hours, the rest within 36 hours at most. Subsequently, the inflated body part returns to its original shape and size with no signs of change.
Production of saline solution
Saline - water and 0.9% NaCl, i.e. 1 litre of distilled water contains 9 g of NaCl. Determine the weight by kitchen scale distinguishing grams, not by estimation. It is recommended to sterilize the solution by boiling for 10 minutes. Drinking water may contain impurities e.g. from pipes and cannot be safely recommended.
Can I use plain water instead of saline?
Don't do that. The cells that have salt in them would draw water into themselves and you would have a big swelling.

I don't know. It's gonna hurt more. There's more nerve endings. Also a higher risk of puncturing the urethra. It will probably be harder to heal (similar to skin on a finger compared to skin on a hand). The glans may also have a lower capacity to accept the solution in the sense that the solution may be released to the rest of the body more slowly than from the penis or testicles. Otherwise, my guess is that it should be the same, but I'm not an expert.

Hi , found this blog a few months ago , and it's been on my mind a bit to try , and how about infection ? It's similar to a simple cut , and to a wound and you can get an infection , or if I stick a needle in the scrotum and get bacteria it's a little different ?
A prick with a sterile needle is certainly less of a risk of infection than a cut with a knife.

I have had a lot of success in the first place. Hatte erst einmal mit 300ml Kochsalz angefangen und fand das sehr geil. Habe dann noch 500ml 5%ige Glucose Solution hinter fließen lassen. That Ergebnis war der Hammer. Wollte mir nun 10%ige Glucose Solution besorgen und musste leider feststellen, das es diese nur auf Rezept gibt. Schade.
