Instructions
The poles have rubber pads at the end and locking metal ring handles (the trapeze will not slip even after time), by turning the ends you can adjust the span of 82-112cm. Stretch the bar as far as possible by moving the ends clockwise to push into the futures. Continuously check the strength of the spacer and tighten if necessary. Remove by helically moving the ends counterclockwise.
