Health effects

Abyssinian oil contains large amounts of linoleic and linolenic acids. Linoleic acid, an omega 6 fatty acid, helps skin regeneration.

Linolenic acid, an omega 3 fatty acid, is anti-inflammatory. It promotes cellular communication and nourishes the skin.

From Extasica testing

Compared to most other oil or fat based gels, this is a creamy texture. It easily forms a thick layer that makes both insertion and continuous penetration, including larger aids, very easy and comfortable. It absorbs well and does not leave a greasy or sticky feeling.

Unlike most gels, it does not burn in the vagina or anus. It covers quickly. Does not dry. Just lubricate at the beginning.

Compared to other lubricants, the lowest risk of tissue injury. The promotion of tissue healing is noticeable compared to other gels.

Compared to medicated vaseline-based gels with similar health benefits, it is less greasy and much more pleasant.

Comparison with competitors

We wouldn't normally recommend the product because Cobeco Lubricating Cream Fists from the Dutch Cobeco Pharma seems to us almost identical in properties and appearance for half the price.But some customers (see below) have a different opinion.

However, some customers claim that the cheaper Cobeco Lubricating Cream Fist, burns slightly in the anus. Extasica testers don't feel burning in the anal even with the competing Cobeco Lubricating Cream Fist (unlike many other lubes where burning is not perceived by the majority of the population), but we respect customer opinion. That's why we are one of the few to offer this very expensive oil-based lubricating cream.

Conclusion: it may cost like an expensive lotion, but the slipperiness and comfort compared to regular lube is on a whole other level. The difference is really extreme.

It is suitable for very sensitive people or for those who want to be safe during anal sex with minimal risk of negative sensations caused by lubricant. For most, however, it will be unnecessarily expensive and they will be fully satisfied with a much cheaper Cobeco Lubricating Cream Fists.

Elbow Grease Original Cream has been manufactured since 1979. The recipe has been modified for a higher proportion of natural ingredients.

Shelf life: 5 years (depending on the batch, there is always a shelf life of at least 4 years) and 1 year after opening.

It is not meant to be swallowed.

Tips

Alternatives are Elbow Grease Hot, Light or Cool Cream. We do not offer these. It burns like all gels with additives.

The cream has no restrictions from the manufacturer for vaginal intercourse. However, oil-based lubricants are not recommended for normal vaginal intercourse. For this, regular water-based or silicone-based gels are sufficient. They put less strain on the vaginal environment and a condom can be used.
