Erofest 2022 Prague: A few photos and words

Erofest Prague 2022 - Prague Erotic Exhibition took place on 22 and 23 April 2022 after almost 2,5 years of covid break. Compared to last time, one third of the hall was added. Visitors were slightly less. This is food for thought for the organisers and exhibitors after a 2.5 year fast. The reason is probably not the worsening economic situation, as most visitors had tickets long in advance.

As an exhibitor, I only ran through the exhibition a few times. The show seemed to me a bit weaker than 2019. Apparently, this is evidenced by the photos of the mass media in the Czech Republic. There were slightly more exhibitors of erotic paraphernalia. In 2019 it was just the organizer sexicekshop.cz, bugshop.cz, extasica.com and 2 small specialty shops (e.g. whip shop). 2022 a few small narrowly specialized shops (erotic seats, sex swings). Not counting various gels and erotic support products. There are quite a lot of those at the shows. But basically Erofest leaves Czech sex shops cold.

If I ask myself what the future of Erofest Prague will be in the next few years, it will rather get worse. The time of exhibitions for end customers (not B2B) may have passed a bit. On the other hand, you don't meet ordinary people at Erofest Prague. When you talk to them, you sense sexuality from them and more that they like sex more than average people. This is logical at an erotic exhibition. The thing is that the sexuality vibrates through the air like emotions at a music festival or a sports match. It kicks you up a bit and the atmosphere of Erofest is an experience in itself. But definitely don't go alone. You want to go with someone who will sexually inspire you, otherwise it's rather frustrating. Certainly don't count on meeting people there. Most people logically go in pairs. As a spectator, I wouldn't go every year, but once every 5 or 10 years I'll go.
