Instructions

Enjoy the gel. Insert the silicone tube carefully into the urethra, up past the inner sphincter and squeeze the balloon to inflate (can be repeated). Care should be taken by the person having the device inserted to have very good control over the inflation so that it is stopped once the urethra is inflated to the point that the pressure becomes painful. This may be after just one or two squeezes of the balloon. Extreme caution is needed if combining the aid with a restraint device. After possible anal use, it can no longer be used in the urethra, even after washing. You would subsequently introduce an infection into the urethra.
