For a long time, customers have been persuading us to start offering relaxants or intoxicants. Basically, intoxication is like being choked during sex. A side effect is the relaxation of muscle tissues, among other things, in intimate places that are otherwise consciously difficult to relax (e.g. the anal sphincter). The best known representative are the Poppers products, after which this product segment is actually named. But there are also a number of competing products such as Rush, The Real Amsterdam. The latter is also in our offer. Primarily these are skin cleaners. Basically thinners, which of course are harmful to health if smelled.
Health risks - not recommended for use other than as a skin cleanser
We do not recommend products like Poppers and similar chemicals for ethical, health and practical reasons. You should be in the mood for sex, not using chemicals to help yourself. The health risks are many - sniffing the diluent damages the nervous system, and the poor oxygenation can overload the heart and damage organs and tissues. Lastly, in a daze you can load more than your body can handle and damage the mechanically stretched tissue (tearing anal, vaginal or other tissue).
Medical studies have found that those who inhaled the substance experienced increased shortness of breath, some for several hours. A review of the studies was carried out for us by a registered pharmacist in 2024. In the medical studies to date, there has been no recorded case of harm to health as a result of inappropriate short-term use of Poppers and similar substances. The risks increase or multiply with long-term repeated use and in combination with other risky substances such as Viagra, alcohol or in people with heart or other conditions.
How does it work when inhaled?
Substances like Poppers bind to hemoglobin instead of oxygen and deliberately and purposefully restrict a person's breathing without making them feel the lack of oxygen. In short, they suffocate a person without making them uncomfortable. In more resistant individuals, the heart beats to compensate for the lack of oxygen in the body. For most people, suffocation has a narcotic, relaxing effect.
The release occurs after a few breaths for a few seconds to about half a minute. Unless you breathe it for a longer period of time, which can cause up to several hours of shortness of breath. Relaxation/fogging manifests itself in both the mental state by increasing arousal and reducing mental inhibitions. In the physical state by relaxing the body. Poppers and similar substances will suppress the usual reflexive and painful muscular contractions around the vagina and anus during penetration in untrained people.
If you relax well or train more often Poppers and similar substances will no longer help you to perform better. A trained person will relax the body to the maximum extent possible so as not to injure themselves.
Experience of our tester and others
Three deep breaths had no psychological effect. After 30 seconds, the heart only raced for about 20 seconds. The spleen compensates for the hemoglobin carrying another substance instead of oxygen. Not tested again. In this respect, it's much stronger than paint thinner or other highly volatile substances.
Honestly, our tester is pretty mentally inert to chemistry and drugs. According to customers who use Poppers, Poppers induce a fairly strong high or high.
