"Power" long press on / short press off. The other buttons activate the respective mod. The last button "Speed" adds the pulse rate in the "Tap" mod. The analogue rotary knob controls the intensity.

It has to be taken in the context that even a set of 9v from Mystin for 10x vz339 price is not more powerful. It's strong for some and not strong enough for others. The manufacturers could make it stronger, but then that's a bummer.
