The pumps, according to our test, can actually comfortably handle a penis 1-2cm longer and 1cm wider. The rubber does not need to be fully compressed. Be sure not to take a pump longer than your penis. An oversized pump makes it worse to handle and less intense. For example, for a 19 cm penis we would choose the Hydrextreme7 pump contrary to the manufacturer's recommendation.

Instructions
It is necessary to have a penis root and an inflatable balloon under water. Leave the middle switch in the open position even when filling.
