Quite a popular product, but it tends to slip and is quite heavy. There are better alternatives (e.g. nipple weights or clamps that don't pull the nipples down).
It's quite heavy and pulls the nipple and breast down. Not for decoration, just for humiliation. These steel nipple types don't make sense to us.

Outer ring diameter 21mm, thickness 9mm, 70g, stainless steel
Instructions: fasten with 4 screws in a clockwise direction. When removing the screws, loosen slowly to avoid damaging the skin. Remove and massage if you lose feeling.
