Instructions: Disconnect the pump from the hose (or suction). Lubricate the pump on the inside and the casing on the outside. Insert into the pump. Connect the suction. Then lubricate the inside of the sleeve and insert the penis.

Made of very flexible transparent gel. I have a wider penis and a pump 5,5cm inner diameter - the gel started to squeeze forward, so when increasing the vacuum the penis "drowned" in it and the gel clogged the space under the top of the vacuum pump. The solution is very simple: put the empty gel cylinder on the kitchen counter and cut off the optimal length of the gel with a sharp knife (for me about 2cm). You can also use large scissors, but the cut will not be as straight. The feeling in the pump with the gel insert is really much more intense! Moreover, it works like a magnifying glass, visually the penis in the pump looks massive, as if it fills the whole width. Only those who like to measure the length of the penis must not rely on the scale on the pump cylinder - the gel vagina has a thick foot, which, although it is wrinkled, still takes away about 1cm from the length of the penis in the pump. Conclusion: an excellent addition to the vacuum pump.
