The mouth of the syringe is relatively wide and the water runs out in a downward position. The water is held in a horizontal position.

If you perform the enema yourself, you will use a catheter.

The 350ml and 500ml syringes are really big. It doesn't look like that in the picture. 500ml is like a lemonade bottle, but lower and thicker.

 Always try not to force the contents of the rectum into the injection.

Separate syringes for enema and bladder filling are recommended.

For repeated use, however, wash and disinfect the bladder properly before filling. urethral play

Tip

If you perform the enema on yourself, buy and catheter. When repeatedly drawing water into the syringe, you need to close the catheter so that water from the anus does not drain out through the catheter. Use any cone shaped thing e.g. an old nose drop cap.
