The foreskin can be folded. But it doesn't look realistic after it's bent. The added value of a loose foreskin here may lie in the intensity of the teasing during penetration, when the foreskin becomes slightly erect and temporarily increases the diameter of the penis. Here, the foreskin therefore has the opposite function to that of a real penis in terms of penetration, that of making penetration more difficult and intense.
