Conclusion: Slightly worse than Elbow Grease, but much cheaper. Mechanically and functionally identical to Cobeco Lubricating Cream Fists for the same price, only almost imperceptibly worse in some secondary characteristics - slightly higher disinfectant smell and worse consistency. Excellent price-performance alternative.
It may cost like an expensive lotion, but the slipperiness and comfort compared to regular lube is on a whole other level. The difference is really extreme.

Tips:
The cream has no restrictions from the manufacturer for vaginal intercourse. Oil-based lubricants, however, are not recommended for normal vaginal intercourse. Regular water-based or silicone-based gels are sufficient for this. They put less strain on the vaginal environment and a condom can be used.
