Dangerous product. Only as a prop. Saliva can accumulate inside the hole and can be inhaled if inhaled forcefully. Suffocation may occur.

With our regret and that of our customers, we immediately removed it from sale after discovering its danger.

Alternative Rubber ball or Choking gag

If a larger hole is made in the middle (e.g. the size of 3 connected current holes), the gag carries the sound and does not perform the function of silencing. Submissiveness and dominance would still be reinforced though.

Unfortunately, we don't have an equally great alternative for the product. Other ball gags have a smaller ball, presumably for safety.
