It takes patience. For the long screws, the tightening screws, then the plate finally the erection ring and the nuts. Loosen the screws from the erection ring by hand (or with the included Allen key). Tie the testicles under it and screw them in by hand. Then tighten. After 30 minutes, loosen to restore free blood flow. Release without delay if loss of sensation. Tighten with fingers only. The enclosed Allen is only for loosening if your lubricated fingers slip on the screws.
